Returns and Cancellations

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We operate a no quibble returns policy as follows:

Order Cancellation

After placing an order through our web site, you then have a 7-day cooling off period. If during this 7-day period you wish to cancel your order then please email us at toby@visionsp.co.uk. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures. If the order has not been despatched, we will simply cancel the order. If the order has been despatched, we will then request that you return the goods to us unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We will then process a full refund (within 30 days) for the initial cost of the order less the cost od sending the goods to you. Returns (mint condition)

If you are unhappy with a purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We will issue a full refund (within 30 days) for the total price you paid at the time of purchase, but not the costs incurred for returning the goods to us. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at toby@visionsp.co.uk. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. Returns (faulty goods)

If, within a reasonable period of time, you find a fault with the goods received then we will offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days). In either case we will request for the faulty goods to be returned to us for which we will refund the costs incurred. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at toby@visionsp.co.uk. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. Returns (goods sent in error)

If, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you realise that we have sent you the wrong goods, we will then offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days).
